  Pick-Up: We collect your laundry within your selected 2-hour time slot. If you’re unavailable, you may leave the bag at your door. Please ensure there is available parking in your area to avoid any inconveniences.

  Inspection & Counting: Items are inspected and counted upon arrival at our facility, and we will contact you if any issues or mismatches are found.

  Quality Check & Folding: Each item goes through a final quality check before being neatly folded and packed.

  Delivery: Your clean, folded laundry is delivered to your doorstep within 48 hours.

  Sorting & Cleaning: Clothes are sorted and washed separately according to fabric type and care label instructions.
